There are plenty of car dealerships that will finance bad credit and sometimes you don’t have to put a high down payment down. Although you must have a job and have a way to prove your income, the most valid way is by providing your two most recent paycheck stubs or you can provide your bank statements if you receive direct deposit.

All you have to do is be willing to provide as much information as possible so the dealerships will not see you as high risk and you should be good to go.  Although many car dealerships that finance bad credit ask you for a few items to prove your being, it is well worth it.

The dealerships will ask you for a valid driver license or some will let you use an identification card or passport but either way, you must be able to prove your identity and the proof can not be expired.

You will need a piece of mail with your name and address on it, most times people use their electric bill, water bill, cable bill, or gas bill. If you have a cell phone bill or some junk mail, some dealerships will work with that also.
